Danny came home one Friday night and told me to go pack my bags. He had booked 2 nights at a hotel about 1 hour south of here for me to go to be by myself and get a break. He had booked a full day spa package for the following day and asked me to shop afterwards. I was at first dreading being by myself, and then when I got there, I cherished every minute of it. I had a fantastic time! I went to the movies by myself, and watched tv until late at night. The next day I worked out early in the morning, and then headed to the spa. I had a massage, a facial, a mani, a pedi, and my hair washed and dried. It was a pleasant surprise when they gave me lunch too! It was the best chicken salad sandwich I had ever had. After the spa, I shopped until I dropped! Wow---there was never a minute that I was lonely...not one!
