A New Home...FINALLY!

After 75 days in the hotel, we were finally assigned an apartment on Robinson which is an incredibly gorgeous base right next to downtown Stuttgart. We have a bus station right outside our gate and can get to the main hubs of the town within minutes. We sit on top of a hill next to beautiful vineyards. They even let sheep graze on this hill a couple of times a year--right in front of our building! The pictures don't really show it well, but these are perfect for sledding! We are settling in well and I'll post in the future on how I decorate the place!

We are on the third floor and have an AMAZING view of the city.

That building in the distance is the commissary and it's so close to our building! We are the closest building to the school and to the commissary. 

...and the fall colors are out! I can't get enough of this beauty!

There are so many cute towns nearby.

One morning there was such thick fog that you couldn't even see that we sit at the top of a hill. 

Even the vineyards next to the base are changing colors!
