On a really hot day, we went blueberry picking with friends. I have never been blueberry picking before and I had never experienced the taste of a blueberry straight from the trees. Oh.My.Goodness....they were simply delicious!!!! They were sooo sweet and tasty! I think my kids ate more than they picked! We did end up picking almost 7lbs, though! I froze most of them, but saved some for a blueberry cobbler that I made that afternoon at the beach house.
