Cancún, Mexico

For our 20th anniversary, we went to Cancun! We stayed at an all inclusive resort and enjoyed a lot of relaxing. We had a fantastic time, and I’m sad it marks the end of summer. The highlights were: 

Evan and Danny swam with whale sharks and Eli and Embry played and swam with a dolphin.

We snorkeled one day and Embry was so excited to see a sea turtle. We also enjoyed relaxing at a sandbar and snorkeling by an old ship wreck (until I was thrown against it by the waves…off to getting a tetanus booster..).

The kids loved getting to eat all of the time and lived at the pool. 

I finished off my 10th novel of the summer, got a pedi, and enjoyed an amazing 80 minute massage.

Danny played an intense game of sand volleyball and enjoyed his “type” of vacay which includes relaxing in a hot and humid environment by the ocean and not touring a million things.
