On Sunday afternoon we had a lovely hike to Bad Urach Wasserfall (waterfall). The weather was chilly, but once we started the hike we warmed up really fast. After we reached the waterfall, we took another hiking trail (a very long way) back. I didn't turn my tracking on so I don't know how far we walked but we hiked well over 5 miles. The kids did very well, and there was absolutely no complaining. They loved the adventure and the beauty we saw!

Here is at the top of the waterfall looking down. There was a little restaurant/snack bar at the top where we rested and got a bite to eat.
At first glance, this looks like flat land, but I am looking straight down the side of the hill.
The sky was beautiful. We don't know what is on that hill in the distance, but we are guessing castle ruins.
At the end, we saw these horses and started feeding them grass. One turned on us and tooted incredibly loud letting us know how he felt. We all died laughing. In true boy form, both Evan and Eli announced that this was the highlight of the trip.
