The Officer Spouse's Club holds a fundraiser every year where they go out at night and place flamingos in member's yards. To remove them, you pay a "fine" which is money to go towards the club. Embry and the boys said we shouldn't pay it so that we could keep the flamingos. I told them I didn't think it worked that way ;)!!!
